We would never make the claim that managing a sales team is easy. We will say that in a recession there is far less room for maneuver, trial or error. It is not a training course in its traditional sense. It is a coaching, development and facilitation workshop designed to help delegates evolve into highly talented and accomplished sales leaders. Not only will they have the opportunity to develop and practice their skills, they will also develop a spreadsheet based 3-month action plan. This will help them plan and deliver key tasks and activities required to achieve their objectives.

- Redefining the sales manager’s monthly timetable. - The joint business planning session: analysis, objectives, activity setting, and action planning. - Developing a highly focused sales approach to targeted new business acquisition. - On and off the job coaching, and essential corrective counseling. - Field accompaniment planning, structure and skills. - Developing highly effective management and coaching style. - Developing management and leadership persona. - Team skills and attitudes development. - Individual motivation and motivation planning. - Performance and activity monitoring. - Defining productive sales meetings. - Developing the 3 month sales management action plan.
The workshop is designed to run in-company with 1-4 delegates over a 2-day period in a highly participative and practical environment.
