The package:
- Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 (full-time, DOE)
- 401(k) with 4% employer match
- Student loan support (PSLF-eligible employer)
- DEA reimbursement
- CE stipend + 30 hours CE PTO
- Business stipend (licensing, insurance, memberships)
Work-life balance & benefits:
- 4-day or 5-day work week
