A busy, independently run small animal practice in the Birmingham area is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join its growing team.

Experience with managing a varied caseload, confident surgery skills, and the ability to work sole charge when required will make a veterinarian successful in this role.

Who You Are:
- A confident Veterinary Surgeon with 5–10 years’ UK experience
- Skilled in surgery, medicine, and consult caseload management
- Comfortable working sole charge when needed
- Compassionate, professional, and client-focused
- Strong communicator with excellent organisational ability
Qualifications:
- MRCVS registered or eligible to register (required)
- Proven surgical and clinical capability
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional standards
