I’m partnering with a well-established, AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in the Orlando area seeking a Medical Director to lead a collaborative, high-performing team.
This 10,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility offers advanced diagnostics (Idexx in-house lab), full dentistry with dental radiographs, spacious surgical suites, luxury boarding, and grooming.
The hospital maintains a strong 2:1 technician-to-doctor ratio, allowing DVMs to focus on high-quality medicine.
The Opportunity:
The Medical Director will:
Provide clinical leadership and uphold medical standards
Mentor and support associate veterinarians
Partner with hospital leadership on operational and financial performance
Drive a positive, team-oriented culture
Continue practicing medicine alongside leadership duties
Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary up to $200,000 DOE + production
Sign-on, retention & relocation support (up to $100K)
Flexible scheduling (4-day workweek preferred)

Ideal Candidate:
DVM/VMD with active state license & DEA
3–5+ years of clinical experience
Strong surgical, dental, and diagnostic skills
