This is a rare opportunity to step into a unique niche within veterinary medicine while being supported by an experienced, friendly, and close-knit team.

- Schedule: Structured weekday shifts, pre-scheduled weekend reproductive procedures only

- Environment: Supportive, team-focused, training available in reproduction

The Role:

The veterinarian will work across a diverse reproduction-focused caseload, providing services such as artificial insemination, ultrasound-based pregnancy monitoring, reproductive consultations, and neonatal care.

While reproduction is the primary focus, general veterinary support may also be required. Weekend work is limited only to pre-booked reproductive procedures, offering predictability and excellent work-life balance. Clinical training in reproductive medicine is fully supported.

What You’ll Bring:

- BVSc (or equivalent recognised in Australia)

- Previous clinical experience

- Interest in reproduction — no prior experience required as full training is provided

- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

- Willingness to participate in a 1-in-4 weekend rotation (only when procedures are scheduled)

Why This Role Stands Out:

- Rare opportunity to build skills in a specialised field

- Predictable schedule with structured shifts

- Supportive team culture with strong mentorship opportunities

- Ideal for vets seeking a change from traditional GP work
