Our client is seeking a compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join a progressive small animal hospital in Echo Park.

Clinic Snapshot:
- Experienced multi-vet team with strong support staff (3:1 ratio)
- Full GP caseload including surgery, dentistry & diagnostics
- Digital X-ray, dental radiography, in-house IDEXX, mobile ultrasound

Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical exams, workups & client communication
- Diagnostics, routine surgery & dentistry
- Accurate medical records & participation in rounds
- Supporting workflow, training and practice improvements
Who you are:
- DVM/VMD with state license (or ability to obtain)
- 1+ years’ small animal experience
- Strong communicator with solid GP & surgical skills
- Team-focused, compassionate & committed to learning
Package and Rewards:
- $170,000–$180,000 DOE + production (no negative accrual)
- Up to $75,000 in sign-on/retention/relocation support
