This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small but passionate team in a purpose-built clinic in West Brisbane.
With no after hours, Sundays, public holidays or on-call, this role genuinely supports work-life balance.

The Role:
- Lead and mentor a fun, hardworking veterinary team
- Deliver high clinical standards in small animal medicine
- Support financial and operational performance alongside the Practice Manager
- Build strong client relationships within a respected local community
- Encourage professional development and team growth
Facilities:

- Primarily small animals (dogs & cats, occasional exotics)
