We are seeking a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join a supportive small animal practice in Liverpool.
This role is ideal for a confident GP vet who enjoys mentoring colleagues, developing people, and leading by example while delivering high clinical standards.
You’ll work closely with the Branch Partner, helping shape the clinical direction and long-term success of the practice while building a positive team culture.
The practice is well equipped and undergoing refurbishment, featuring digital X-ray, ultrasound, a new laparoscopy system and dental suite, with access to advanced imaging, surgery, and hospitalisation through a nearby 24-hour hospital.
This is a full-time role working 4 days per week with 1 in 3 Saturdays, offering a balance of leadership, hands-on clinical work, and career progression.
