Working Pattern:
- Full-time position (40 hours across 4 days)
- Shared weekend rota (1 in 3 Saturdays or 1 in 6 full weekends)
- Shared out-of-hours and bank holiday rota
- Varied caseload with emergency and inpatient exposure
