This role offers an excellent balance of clinical autonomy and structured support, making it ideal for a vet who enjoys sole charge while still working within a collaborative environment.
The practice is well supported by an experienced branch partner and a skilled head veterinary nurse, ensuring strong clinical guidance and teamwork.
The position provides the opportunity to focus on building long-term client relationships while maintaining high clinical and professional standards.

Working Pattern:
- 4-day working week
- Sole charge role with team support
- Weekend rota at a 24-hour hospital (approx. 1 in 6)
- 1–2 bank holidays per year
