I’m working with a well established independent referral centre seeking an ECC / Referral Clinician to join their expanding hospital team ahead of the launch of a brand-new ECC & ICU facility in 2026.

The clinical scope:
- Emergency triage, stabilisation & ICU patient management
- Advanced imaging including CT & MRI
- Anaesthesia & surgical support
- Inpatient management across multiple referral disciplines
- Support for OOH emergency and referral caseloads
- Collaboration with dedicated ECC nursing team
The facilities:
- MRI & CT
- Ultrasound, endoscopy & arthroscopy
- Laparoscopy & fluoroscopy theatre
- Dedicated medical & surgical wards
- Advanced anaesthesia equipment & ventilators
- In-house laboratory & modern ICU facilities
Development and support:
- Dedicated ECC, CT & MRI training
- Journal clubs & structured case discussions
- Generous CPD allowance
- Strong senior clinical support
- Excellent progression opportunities within ECC & referral medicine
The package:
- £60,000–£75,000 DOE
- 6.6 weeks annual leave + birthday day off
- RCVS & VDS fees paid
