A brand-new, purpose-built small animal surgery in Greater London is seeking experienced Veterinary Surgeons to join its founding clinical team ahead of opening.
This is a unique opportunity for vets looking to play a key role in shaping a new practice from the very beginning.
Alongside the Head Vet, successful candidates will help influence clinical standards, team culture and the overall direction of the surgery while working within a modern, highly equipped environment focused on exceptional patient and client care.
The practice is being designed to support both pets and people, with spacious facilities, modern workflows and a collaborative culture centred around wellbeing, development and clinical excellence.

Working pattern:
- Full-time position
- 4 day working week
- 9-hour shifts
- 1 in 4 weekends
- Average 39-hour week

- Qualified Veterinary Surgeon with 3+ years’ experience
- Strong first opinion medical and surgical skills
