I’m working with a highly regarded small animal practice in Suffolk seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join their experienced and collaborative team.

The role:
- Full time Veterinary Surgeon position
- 1 in 3 Saturdays with time off in lieu
- Mix of consults, medicine and surgery

The facilities:
- Purpose-built small animal practice
- Digital X-ray
- Ultrasound
- Endoscopy

- Visiting internal medicine specialist support
The team:
- 5 vets including practice partners
- 5 RVNs
- Student nurse & VCA support

Rota and work-life balance:
- Maximum 4 day week
- No OOH commitments
- Flexible full-time or part-time options
- 2 weekdays off following Saturday shifts

The package:
- £45,000–£60,000 DOE
- 28 days holiday rising to 33 days
