The Role:
- Lead Veterinarian position within a boutique style small animal clinic
- Mix of consulting, surgery and clinical leadership
- Mentor and support the wider clinical team
- Opportunity for experienced senior vets or those stepping into leadership for the first time
- Strong focus on patient care, team culture and clinical excellence
The Clinic:
- Modern small animal practice in the heart of Coolum
- Supportive close-knit team environment
- Backed by an experienced Practice Manager and Relationship Manager

Rota and Work-Life Balance:
- 38-hour week across 4 days
- Flexible scheduling available
- No after-hours
- No on-call commitments
The Package:
- $140,000–$170,000 salary DOE
- 12% Superannuation
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
- STI bonus scheme up to $10,000 annually
- Long-term incentive scheme worth 10% of salary annually
- Paid Veterinary Board registration, radiation licence and VIN membership
- Visa sponsorship & relocation support available
CPD & Development:
- $1,500 CPD allowance annually
