Red Sector Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a growing veterinary organisation in the search for an experienced Head Veterinary Surgeon to lead the launch of an exciting new practice in West London.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a brand-new clinic from day one, helping to shape the clinical standards, team culture, and future success of the practice.
Unlike many leadership roles where everything is already established, this position offers genuine autonomy and the chance to build something exceptional from the ground up.
As Head Vet, you'll be responsible for:
Leading and inspiring a clinical team
Delivering outstanding patient care and clinical excellence
Maintaining high standards of clinical governance
Mentoring and developing colleagues
Building strong client and community relationships
Helping drive the growth and success of a new practice
We're looking for a confident Veterinary Surgeon with:
Strong all-round GP experience
Excellent clinical and surgical skills
Leadership or mentoring experience
A passion for developing teams
Outstanding communication skills
The ambition to take ownership and make a real impact
Working Pattern
4 days per week
9-hour shifts
1 in 4 weekends
Average 39 hours per week
