A leading 24-hour RCVS accredited veterinary hospital in Essex is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their growing multidisciplinary team, offering an exciting 60% Small Animal / 40% Exotics caseload.
The Role:
- Experienced Veterinary Surgeon with Small Animal and Exotics interest
- Manage a varied caseload across consultations, diagnostics and surgery
- Work alongside a highly skilled multidisciplinary team
- Opportunity to develop your clinical interests and pursue further qualifications
- Full-time or part-time options available

The Team:
- 14 experienced Veterinary Surgeons
- Surgical and medical certificate holders
- Clinicians pursuing certificates in surgery, orthopaedics, cardiology, exotics and medicine
- Highly skilled nursing team including Schedule 3 and imaging-trained RVNs
- Dedicated rehabilitation and client care teams
- Collaborative environment focused on clinical excellence
Rota and Work-Life Balance:
- 4-day working week
- 40-hour rota
- 1 in 4 weekends
- No routine out-of-hours
- Part-time applicants considered
The Package:
- Salary up to £70,000 DOE (FTE)
