An independent, owner-led small animal practice in South Wales is seeking a confident Veterinary Surgeon to join its friendly and supportive team on a part-time basis (2 days per week).
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced GP vet who enjoys building long-term client relationships while working within a genuinely collaborative practice that places wellbeing, teamwork and high-quality patient care at the heart of everything it does.
With no weekends or out-of-hours, this role offers an outstanding work-life balance alongside a varied first-opinion caseload.
Clinic Snapshot
• Independent owner-led small animal practice

• Support from experienced RVNs, VCA and reception team
• Close collaboration with a nearby sister practice for additional clinical support
• Opportunity to work across both sites if desired
Clinical Focus

Working Pattern
• Part-time – 2 days per week
• Wednesdays & Thursdays (9:00am–7:00pm)
