An independent veterinary practice in Surrey is seeking an experienced Senior Small Animal Vet to take clinical lead of its Horley branch, offering genuine autonomy while remaining fully supported by an experienced wider team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident vet who enjoys building client relationships, working cases through thoroughly and having a real influence on the development of a practice.
You’ll work alongside an experienced RVN and support team, with the main practice nearby for second opinions, complex case discussions and additional clinical support.

Clinical Focus:
- Senior/clinical lead position
- Varied first-opinion small animal caseload

Working Pattern:
- 4 days per week
- 3 days considered for the right candidate
- 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, 9am–1pm
- Time off in lieu for Saturdays worked
- No out-of-hours
- Sole-charge at the Horley branch
