Clinic Snapshot
A welcoming first-opinion practice with a loyal client base, where you’ll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients and patients while working as part of a closely connected network of five local practices.
You’ll have your own practice team and caseload, with access to experienced Lead Vets and senior clinical support across the wider group.
Clinical Focus
Our client is keen to support a Vet looking to:
- Develop specific clinical interests
- Build confidence in particular areas
- Work towards a certificate or further qualification
- Learn from experienced colleagues
- Progress into senior clinical or leadership positions
Regular 1:1s will focus on your development, caseload, wellbeing and career ambitions, helping you shape a pathway that works for you without taking away your clinical autonomy.
Hospital Support
The role benefits from access to a nearby 24-hour hospital through a hub-and-spoke model, providing additional expertise, advanced diagnostics and support for more complex cases.
You’ll also spend one weekend in six at the 24-hour hospital, giving you exposure to a broader caseload and the opportunity to learn alongside experienced hospital colleagues.
You’ll also participate in the on-call and Bank Holiday rota.

- Full-time position
