Our client is looking for an experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly team in Torquay and play an important role in shaping the future of the practice.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Vet who enjoys combining hands-on clinical work with supporting colleagues, developing a team and helping a practice continue to grow.
The Role:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
- Provide high-quality clinical care across consultations and surgery
- Support and mentor the veterinary team
- Help develop clinical standards and best practice
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the practice
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Take an active role in shaping the practice culture and clinical direction
The role would suit an experienced Vet already working in a leadership position, or someone ready to take the next step in their career with support to develop their leadership skills.
