Looking for a genuine emergency role where you can manage cases properly from presentation through to treatment?
The Role:
- Independent 24-hour small animal hospital
- Free veterinary consultations 24/7
- Varied emergency and inpatient caseload
- Emergency consultations, triage & stabilisation
- Diagnostics and treatment of hospitalised patients
- Emergency and urgent overnight surgery
- Autonomy to manage cases throughout the night
- Strong, experienced nursing team alongside you
- Thorough handovers and continuity of care
About You:
- MRCVS with solid Small Animal experience
- Confident with emergency presentations and inpatient care
- Comfortable making independent clinical decisions
- Capable of common emergency surgical procedures
- Excellent client communication and clinical record keeping
- ECC/OOH experience advantageous, but experienced GP vets with a strong interest in ECC are welcome
What's Offered:
- £60,000–£80,000 FTE depending on experience
- 7 nights on / 14 nights off OR 14 nights on / 28 nights off
- 12-hour shifts, 20:00–08:00
