Conveniently located just off the M5, the practice boasts separate dog and cat clinics under one roof, providing 24-hour on-site emergency care.

With a 40-hour workweek over four days and 1 in 5 weekend day work, the role allows for flexibility throughout the calendar year, including out-of-hours support if needed.
The practice is seeking a candidate with over 10 years of experience, a proven track record of leading a 5+ vet team, and the ability to support head and deputy head nurses. The successful candidate will be a safe pair of clinical hands, fostering trust through excellent relations and communication skills with clients and the team.
