The Veterinary Surgeon will play a crucial role in the clinic, handling a diverse range of responsibilities including consultations, surgeries, vaccinations, emergency response, inpatient care, and the development of comprehensive treatment plans. Effective communication with team members and clients is essential, making good communication skills a key requirement for this role. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a keen interest in surgery and emergencies, fostering a collaborative and helpful attitude to contribute to the overall success of the team.
Rota Patterns and Work-Life Balance:
Recognizing the importance of work-life balance, our clients offer flexible rota patterns and working hours. The full-time rota encompasses 4 or 5 working days per week, with a share in 1:4 Saturdays. Notably, there is no out-of-hours requirement, and part-time hours are negotiable. Shift patterns are adjustable, typically ranging from 8.15 am to 6.15 pm, accommodating individual preferences.
