Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon
Chelmsford, Essex
Salary: Flexible, starting from £60,000, depending on skill set and experience

An exceptional opportunity awaits an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a dynamic multi-site veterinary group based around an accredited hospital. This role offers a chance to work independently at a standalone clinic with cutting-edge surgical facilities, while being supported by a skilled team across six sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate an independent clinic with state-of-the-art surgical facilities.
- Collaborate with a team of skilled Veterinarians, Registered Veterinary Nurses, Students, Veterinary Care Assistants, and front-of-house team members.
- Provide excellent GP Vet services and contribute to the ongoing success of the practice.
- Have the option to split time between the branch and the main hospital, promoting a balanced approach.

Work-Life Balance:
- Flexible rota patterns and working hours, with 41 hours per week over 4 days.
- Saturday morning rota on a 1:5 basis, with an emergency service on Saturdays and Sundays based on a 1:9 rota.
- No on-call or night work required.
